Exploration d’un medium – Medium exploration

Plus on travaille avec le même medium, plus on va développer une affinité avec celui-ci. On pourra alors l’uitliser instinctivement, sans penser. Nous continuons à explorer l’encre.

The more we explore a medium, the more we are developing an affinity with it. We will be able then to use it by instinct, without thinking. We are still exploring ink.

Encre et aquarelle / Ink and watercolour

 

 

 

Exercices de mise en train autour de la ligne, en variant l’épaisseur, la direction, la couleur, des formes apparaissent sans besoin de dessiner leur contour.

Warm-up exercises with lines. Playing with their thickness, directions, colours, shapes are defined without drawing their contour.
 

Introduction à l’encre.  Indélébile ou non après séchage, l’encre est plus ou moins transparente selon le degré de dilution et la couleur est généralement plus intense que l’aquarelle. Elle se travaille d’une manière similaire à l’aquarelle

Introduction to ink. Waterproof or not after drying, ink can be more or less transparent depending on dilution. The colour is generally more intense than of watercolour. Ink is worked in a similar fashion as watecolour.
